If you are interested in volunteering for project leader for this module, please e-mail . You will need to feel confident designing the entire module by yourself.
Definition: Creates a package from the binaries supplied by the build module.
Leverage Points:
- Creates a binary package to specifications.
At present this still needs to be decoupled from the build tools. Multiple different types of packages could be built from the same pkg build directory.
This module needs to be able to deal with :
- Local Install Packages
- OP Pkg Tools Format
- Other Vendor Pkg Formats: rpm, deb, tgz, etc
