PLIST Handling

It was decided that PLIST handling should be improved in such a way that people are not required to know the difference between symbolic links, files, and directories, in order to simplify the language in them and the scripts required to autogenerate them.

It was decided that a good way to maintain sanity while keeping the necessary information in package names was to put stuff like OS, architecture, and OS version in a package metadata file, and use this format for the names:
$PKGNAME-$PKGVERSION[_$PKGREVISION][,$PKGEPOCH][-$FLAVOR(s)]
OP Supported OSes

It has been decided that all Five BSD Operating Systems will be supported natively by this project. Patches to allow OP to work on Linux or other operating systems will be graciously accepted.
